Movie night becomes a destination experience. Cinestage gathers three distinct venues: BEAM Cinemas, Egypt's first floating-seat cinema, opening Q2 2027; Moon Beam, an open-air cinema and amphitheatre with private lounge seating, opening Q4 2027; and TANZA Theatre, a flexible live stage for concerts, family shows and cultural programming. The zone spans the central belt east of the main pedestrian spine, so it appears in most routes that cross the site.
